Clarete de Luna 2018 - Bodega Cesar Principe
La DO Cigales és coneguda per els seus rosats. La seva particularitat és que el fan barrejant vi blanc amb vi negre. Té color i intensitat, uns bons rosats que no son fàcils de trobar.

No podem deixar de banda la DO Rueda i els seus blancs afruitat. És una regió molt apreciada i alhora de poc prestigi entre els sommeliers per la industrialització que ha patit. Aquí trobem un vi de qualitat que reflecteix bé l'estil de la regió.

Un projecte que revaloritza la DO Rueda, personal i que no deixa indiferent al que té la sort de tastar-ne un dels seus vins. Complex i elegant, un vi per parar-se a degustar.

Un català establert al Bierzo, que fa un negre de Mencía potent i amb gran capacitat d'envelliment. Hi veurem una gran diferència amb les Mencias gallegues que haguem pogut tastar.

Here comes our fresh proposal to struggle with the summer heat! Together with our Friends from Entrevins, who brings some fresh and subtile wines good for these year's time, we prepare a food and wine pairing dinner with dishes made by our chef Sergio Flores. As always, you'll have one wine per dish!

🍷Vertical tasting of Juve & Camps🍷
Guided by Òscar Roca from the cellar Juvé & Camps we will taste diferent vintages from its main cava Juvé & Camps Reserva de la Familia and from their special cava made of 100% Chardonnay the Juvé & Camps Milesimé.
We want to discover their cava through their vintages and seeing how the liquid evolves in the bottle making us conscious that this bubble liquid is a living element.
We will be tasting 6 cavas, will you miss it?

🍇Juve & Camps 2012 - 2013 - 2014: a dry and auster cava, perfect for pairing any type of main dish. Usually only the lastest vintage is found in wine shops. We will be able to see how it changes in bottle and it may help you decide to start your own celler collection!
🍇Juve & Camps Milesimé 2008 - 2014 - 2015: a 100% Chardonnay that shows creaminess and subtile sweet perfect for pairing with foie or a soft cheese. We have the chance to taste their 2008, lets see how it is!

We continue our wine tasting cycle with a region of long tradition in wine producing. Known by its cooperative wines we want to highlight its quality wine based mainly in red and White grenache.

We will taste:

- Prohom 2017 - Cellar Coma de'n Bonet - Young ecological red with 3 monts of oak, with mature fruit that make's it easy to drink. 
- Tempus 2015 - Cellar Altavins - Mature and concentrated red with 12 months of oak. Full body balanced by a dense texture that brings a friendly sweetness. 
- Sang de Corb 2015 - Cellar Frisach - Complex and intens in aromas but subtile and delicated at the same time. A nice discovery! 
- El Quintà 2016 - Cellar Bàrbara Forés - The White of the tasting with 6 months of oak that a part of the fresh notes, it adds warm sensations and a creamy texture. A good White for the cold weather!
